Full screenMath Drill: the free math practice game that cheers for every answer
Math Drill turns daily arithmetic practice into a show that keeps getting bigger. Pick a grade or let My Level find where you are, then answer ten problems. Fibo the fox carries each digit you type into place, the music speeds up and the confetti piles on. A wrong answer just means try again: there is no game over, and nothing you earn is ever taken away.
Why kids keep coming back
The show grows with every answer
Each correct answer adds a layer: confetti, a cheering crowd, fireworks and a faster beat. The last problem of a round ends in a finale.
58 skills in one tree
From pairs that make 10 to long division, fractions and percentages. Master a skill and the next one unlocks.
A little every day
Three daily quests, a login stamp card and a streak that can make up for a missed day keep the habit going.
No account needed
Progress stays in your browser. There is nothing to sign up for, so a round starts in one tap.
Practice by grade
Grades follow Japan's elementary school math curriculum, so a few topics arrive a little earlier than in other countries: the times tables, for example, are in Grade 2.

Choose how to practice
My Level starts with a short skill check, then picks what to learn next. Grade 1 to Grade 6 cover a whole school year in one round.
- 2
Fill in the answer
Type digits into the dotted boxes. Column problems and long division ask for the working too, one digit at a time.
- 3
Keep the combo going
Answer quickly to build a combo. The Cheer counter climbs faster while the combo lasts.
- 4
Beat your own score
Clear every problem for 100 points. With 80% right on the first try, a timed Extra round lets you go past 100.
Questions from parents
Is Math Drill free?
Yes. It runs in the browser with no signup and no purchases. Every reward is unlocked by playing, never by paying.
What ages is it for?
The skills cover elementary school arithmetic, roughly ages 6 to 12. The Grade 5 and 6 skills, such as long division, fractions and percentages, are good practice for adults too.
Which math topics are included?
Addition and subtraction with carrying and borrowing, column methods, times tables, division with remainders, long division, decimals, fractions, rounding, order of operations, factors and multiples, percentages, ratios and simple equations.
Where is my progress saved?
In this browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to a server, so progress does not move between devices, and clearing the site data starts you over.
Can I turn down the effects or the sound?
Yes. Settings in the game has a sound switch, a volume slider and a motion slider from 0 to 100%. Motion starts at 0 when your device asks for reduced motion.
Does it work on phones and tablets?
Yes. It is designed for a phone held upright and also works on tablets and computers, where you can answer with the number keys.
Ready for ten problems?
One round takes about three minutes.
